There's no denying that Conrad's second clothing line, Paper Crown, is pretty fabulous. But it's everything MTV isn't: classy, down-to-Earth, and sophisticated. The pieces aren't overly trendy and many of them could transition nicely from, say,  a job interview to a post-work drink with friends.
MTV support a clothing line that could be  Gucci T shirts  worn to a job interview? And, huh?, a single round of drinks instead of a night of drunken debauchery? Not a chance. It's suddenly becoming much more clear why MTV rejected Conrad's reality show, calling it too "high brow" for their audience. Getting axed has its upside though. Conrad says that launching her clothing line has been much easier since she's cut ties with the world of reality television. "A lot of people in fashion don't want to be linked with anything that has to do with reality   Sunglass Oakley TV. Showrooms were changing by reversal uraniums
